To support mechanical maintenance activities for CNC, VMC, forging machines. Responsible for assisting in routine checks, minor repairs, and ensuring machines run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- - Assist in daily and preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, forging machines.
- Support breakdown maintenance and help senior technicians in repairs.
- Check and maintain basic mechanical parts like belts, bearings, lubrication points, guideways, and fasteners.
- Help in hydraulic and pneumatic line checks.
- Maintain maintenance checklists and basic documentation.
- Follow safety rules, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in machine installation and shifting when required.
- Coordinate with the production team for machine-related issues.
Required Skills
- - Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
- Understanding of mechanical parts like bearings, belts, gears, lubrication, etc.
- Willingness to learn CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
- Ability to use basic tools and measuring instruments.
- Valuable attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
Education & Experience
- - ITI / Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical background
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing industry
