Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop innovative menus, recipes, and seasonal offerings aligned with hotel standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage food costs, inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with restaurant, banquet, and F&B; teams for events and special functions.
- Handle kitchen budgeting, cost control, and waste management initiatives.

Requirements





- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in multi-cuisine menu planning and food production.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations.
- Strong budgeting, inventory, and cost-control abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
