Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Coding Trainer to teach programming concepts to school students in an engaging and simplified manner. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, have strong communication skills, and be capable of making coding fun and understandable.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive online/offline coding classes for students aged 6–15 years.
- Teach basic to intermediate programming concepts using platforms such as Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or similar.
- Create and share engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance and performance records.
- Communicate regularly with parents and the Talent Craft team about student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching tools,



coding trends, and child-friendly technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring children (online or offline) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in programming or teaching.
- Experience working in EdTech or children’s learning programs.
- Ability to design fun, project-based coding activities.
- Should be an immediate joiner.
