- Handle export enquiries received from customers, distributors, and EPC contractors.

- Prepare techno-commercial quotations in coordination with the Engineering, Purchase, and Production teams.

- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and negotiate to secure orders.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of quotations and order execution.

- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding enquiries, technical clarifications, and commercial discussions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for current business.

- Generate new leads through online platforms, exhibitions, market research, and customer references.

- Maintain enquiry, quotation,



and order records in ERP/CRM systems.

- Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for export-related activities whenever required.

- Support participation in international exhibitions, customer visits, and business meetings.

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, enquiry status reports, and sales forecasts.

- Ensure customer complaints and queries are addressed promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.

- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and regional business objectives.
