Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth.

- Build robust relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.

- Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's products or services.

- Meet monthly sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding quota goals.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in Software Sales/IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Excellent communication skills in English (US accent preferred) with ability to articulate complex ideas simply over phone calls.

- Fluency in Business English is essential; knowledge of international voice processes an added advantage.
