Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented RM Coordinator with strong experience in warehousing operations and raw material coordination. The ideal candidate will oversee material inward/outward movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Material Coordination

Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials and goods within the warehouse.

Ensure timely availability of RM for production teams as per project or operational requirements.

Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for delivery schedules, pending orders, and material follow-ups.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and daily stock updates.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.

Monitor material consumption and alert management on low stock situations.

Warehouse Operations

Oversee unloading, stacking, and storage of materials as per guidelines.

Ensure proper handling, labeling, and binning of materials.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards inside the warehouse.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain GRNs, DCs, stock registers, and material movement records.





Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.

Ensure accurate data entry in inventory management or ERP systems.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and procurement teams for seamless workflow.

Follow up with transporters and vendors for material delivery and documentation.

Address and resolve warehouse-related operational issues.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to warehousing guidelines, FIFO/FEFO methods, and safety protocols.

Monitor material handling processes to avoid damage and maintain quality.

Support audit teams during internal and external warehouse audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in warehousing coordination, raw material handling, or inventory management.

Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or SAP (preferred).

Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation, inward/outward processes, and stock management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
