ITC Worldwide is seeking a qualified Azure Native Architect to join our team, focusing on designing and implementing innovative solutions using Azure technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Up-to-date Workplace services, with a proven track record in managing complex migration projects and delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

- Lead Microsoft 365 tenant split and migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption
- Architect and implement solutions for Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune
- Manage and execute migrations across various MS 365 components like OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Migration
- Provide solutioning for Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to optimize workflows and processes
- Provide administrative oversight and support for MS 365 services and infrastructure
- Design and develop cost and effort estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 Co-pilot, Exchange migration, and Intra ID (EntraID) settings as part of the migration process
- Provide pre-sales support, including solution presentations, RFP responses,



and client engagements
- Implement and manage SharePoint Online solutions to ensure streamlined collaboration and document management
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in the migration and setup of Microsoft 365 services
- Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and migration procedures

Requirements

- Overall 8- 12 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace services, including Copilot, Exchange Migration, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online
- Strong understanding and experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), and Intra ID
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune
- Experience in M365 Solutioning, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Pre-Sales activities
- Proven track record in tenant-to-tenant migration projects
- Experience in building estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure certifications)
