Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical eCommerce Operations & Logistics Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage our courier backend, order fulfillment, and back-office tracking systems. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of order processing, courier coordination, NDR management, and generating daily operational reports using Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Courier Backend Management: Oversee and maintain courier aggregator portals (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, etc.).
- Courier Booking & Tracking: Handle daily dispatch bookings, shipment allocation, and real-time tracking of outbound and return packages.
- PoD & Order Confirmation: Track and generate Proof of Deliveries (PoDs), confirm order delivery status, and handle Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) to lower Return to Origin (RTO) rates.
- Back-Office Order Management: Process daily eCommerce orders, cross-verify customer data, update order status in the ERP/system, and resolve order discrepancies.
- Reporting & MIS: Maintain daily dispatch, tracking, delivery status,



and courier reconciliation reports using Advanced Excel.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to resolve shipment delays, lost packages, or delivery escalations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce back-office operations, logistics execution, or order fulfillment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Validation, MIS reporting).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle logistics partners and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with courier management systems, NDR processing, AWS/AWB generation, and RTO reduction strategies.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical ability, high attention to detail, and problem-solving skills under tight dispatch deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
