- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience in designing and developing APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration flows for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
