## About the Role

HIKING IT is looking for enthusiastic MBA Freshers who are eager to build a career in business research and operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to market research, business analysis, idea generation, and office-based operational activities. The role primarily involves system work and analytical tasks in a professional office environment.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

* Identify business opportunities and generate innovative business ideas.

* Collect, analyze, and interpret market data and industry trends.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.

* Maintain databases and perform office-based system work.

* Assist in business planning and strategic initiatives.

* Support management in preparing insights and recommendations for decision-making.





* Coordinate with internal teams on research and operational activities.

* Perform assigned administrative and analytical tasks.

## Required Skills

* MBA pursuing or recently completed (2025/2026 pass-outs preferred).

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

* Ability to conduct research and prepare reports.

* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

* Good organizational and multitasking skills.
