POSTED ON: September 25th, 2016 Skyking Courier Service(Skyking) is looking for for Delivery Personnel, who will represent the company in-front of its customers.

Key Responsibilities • Delivering Shipments, Internal Reporting, Resolving Delivery Issues

• Co-coordinating with other Customer Service Representatives within Skyking and providing effective resolutions to Customer's queries

• Managing Delivery Reports

• Assisting the sales team in their day-to-day operations

• Responding to pick-up/special delivery requests

Requirments • Minimum 1 year experience in courier or e-commerce delivery

• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, ability to work under continual deadline pressure and ability to understand and coach/teach others, show high level of ethics and team work. Proficient in Hindi and one regional language

• Basic computer operating skills

• Bike Driver is a must
