Qualification: B.E MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, Diploma in Mechanical

Years of Experience: 2 To 3 Yrs

(Preference for Candidates worked in sheet metal industry )

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, Schedule, Coordinate and Monitor the assigned Production Activities As Per Work order.
- Ensures operations and employees to follow proper procedures.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Design Engineer and other Service Engineers to
- provide assistance and Technical Support.
- Checking 1st product right for each machine on every new setting.
- Monitor production for proficiency and quality to meet drawing or required specification.
- Prepare the requirement sheet for required raw material and co-ordinate with the store department.
- Maintain Proper Inventory of all material on floor.
- Make sure the end/finished product is packed and tagged properly and placed in right manner for proper dispatch.
- Co-ordinate with planning, dispatch and maintenance team to ensure the schedule.
- Efficient manpower handling for maximum output.
- Train new hires on procedures.




- Prepare daily production reports.( Reports on manufacturing and production issues, inventory data etc.)
- Effective communication to prevent delay.
- Work place safety and strive to prevent injuries and accidents.
- Maintain 5S activities on shop floor.
- Ensuring daily reports to be submitted to reporting Manager.
- Training workers on 5S activities, better skills and basic communication.
- Making sure all materials are kept at right place.
- Ensure minimum scrap on all machines.
- Ensure effective resource utilization
- Ensure all workers should leave the machine on time (after the bell rings)
- Learn all machines operating yourself to be expert and supervise all operators.
- Learn all parameters, details of all machines and create SOP for same.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
