RevGurus Inc. is looking for an experienced/Freshers Business Analyst who are Qualified & Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants to help our US-based customers comply with ASC-606 Revenue Reporting requirements. Business Analyst must be excellent in spoken and written English communication; proficient in Accounting and familiar with ASC-606 or IFRS-15 concepts and must have an excellent understanding of Revenue Recognition. This position requires an analytical mindset, accuracy, and creative problem-solving skills.

- Education: Qualified & Semi qualified Chartered Accounts with any Graduate & Post Graduation Degree

- Experience: 0 to 4 years

- Reports to – Team Lead/Senior Lead

Responsibilities:

- Actively participate with product/project teams to elicit functional requirements and capture business needs.
- Documenting business processes using standard business process and data flow diagrams, BRDs (Business Requirement Document), and Test Cases
- Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes
- Coordinates and conducts user support and training.
- Assist/Support customers in Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end closure processes.
- Guide the Business Team wherever there is a deviation in requirements from ASC-606 guidance.




- Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users
- Brainstorm with other development team members and provide high-level solution design and task estimates
- Configuration of systems to meet business requirements.
- Provide support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Must have an excellent understanding of Accounting Concepts and Revenue Recognition concepts
- Must have an excellent understanding of core finance functions
- Flair for technical/functional documentation of the work.
- Must have the flexibility of schedule and be able to work independently
- Must be a self-starter & must have excellent communication skill and organizational skills
- Must be a team player and be able to interact well with all users, peers, and executive management
- Must be willing to work during PST working hours
- Must have a solid analytical ability, quick decision-making, and be able to identify and set priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products -Excel/Word/PowerPoint
