He or she is in charge of planning, coordinating and overseeing every detail of events, such as conferences, trade fairs, concerts, weddings, corporate and social events.

The Event Manager ensures that each event runs smoothly, meeting the expectations of the participants and organisers. They play a key role in creating successful experiences that generate positive reactions, emotions and impressions. Roles include managing production schedules, vendor coordination, venue logistics (load-in/out), in office safety compliance, and budget control to ensure seamless, high-quality event delivery

Vendor management and handling the event production schedule becomes an important part of the KRA. He ensures production is within time limits working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
