Educational Qualification:

- ITI (Relevant Trade)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Manpower for the monitoring and supervision of Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), Pipe lines, water supply schemes. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in water supply projects, O&M; activities, site coordination, and field execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and execution of project activities while maintaining quality, safety, and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise day-to-day Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) activities of water supply schemes.
- Supervise field teams and ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, Technicians, and Client Representatives.
- Monitor the operation of pipelines, pumping stations, valves, reservoirs, and other water supply infrastructure.
- Conduct routine site inspections and identify preventive and corrective maintenance requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities as per project schedules.
- Maintain daily site reports, maintenance records, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and material utilization at the site.
- Report site progress,



technical issues, and maintenance requirements to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Water Supply Projects, O&M; Schemes, or Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) activities.
- Experience in pipeline maintenance, pumping systems, and water distribution networks.
- Good understanding of site supervision and field execution.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Rural Water Supply (RWS), or Urban Water Supply Projects.
- Experience in monitoring and supervision of O&M; water supply schemes.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, quality control, and preventive maintenance.

- Relevant experience in water supply projects and O&M;, Pipe lines activities.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Shravasti and Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and coordinate with field teams.
- Candidates with prior experience in JJM, O&M; Water Supply, Pipeline Projects, Field Supervision, and Site Coordination will be given preference.
