Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Assist in supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and up to company standards.
- Team Leadership: Support, motivate, and help train entry-level staff; assist with scheduling and performance tracking.
- Project Management: Oversee specific small-scale projects or departmental goals from start to finish.
- Customer & Client Relations: Handle escalated customer inquiries or client needs with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance and operational metrics for senior management.
- Policy Compliance:



Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or senior entry-level role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate others and delegate tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and open to learning internal management software also maintaining books of account Cash Book, Bank Book, Journal, Ledger, Trail Balance, Bank Reconcilation, Profit and LossA/ online GSTR1, GSTR 2, GSTR 3B.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
