We are looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer who can handle both site execution and project estimation for residential layouts, villa, residential, and hospitality developments. The role involves managing construction on-site, preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets etc.

This job is for our sister concern developers company Daivik Developers & DPCPL.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities (civil + finishing)
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Monitor site progress and maintain daily reports
- Plan materials and manage site requirements
- Resolve on-site technical issues

Estimation & Costing:

- Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates
- Work schedules
- Drafting drawings as per requirements
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings




- Conduct vendor rate analysis and comparisons
- Prepare project budgets and track cost vs actuals
- Assist in contractor finalization and procurement
- Identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in layout development/ residential / villa / resort projects
- Strong knowledge of estimation, billing, site execution and construction processes
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, estimation, and costing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
- Ability to handle vendors, contractors, and labour teams

Pay: ₹18,773.12 - ₹30,844.79 per month
