Job Title : Predictive Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and deploy predictive analytics models for business forecasting, risk analysis, and customer behavior prediction.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models for regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy ML models into production environments.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization.

- Support AI initiatives involving Computer Vision and Generative AI use cases.

- Create dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven presentations for business stakeholders.

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve predictive accuracy and reliability.

Requisites
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Engineering, or a related field.

- Robust expertise in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

- Experience with regression, time-series forecasting, classification, XGBoost, and Random Forest algorithms.

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Knowledge of the complete ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, validation, and deployment.

- Exposure to Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, or RAG is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, or Kubernetes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
