Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

Location: Pune / Bangalore / Indore / Ahmedabad (Hybrid)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Employment Type: Contract – 4 Months
Budget: Up to ₹1.3 LPM + GST
UAN & Background Verification (BGV) Mandatory

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing frameworks and test strategy implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions for web and API applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and execute automated test cases for web and API applications.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure test coverage and maintain high-quality software delivery standards.

Required Skills





- 5–8 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools like Jira.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with performance testing tools is an added advantage.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
