• The prospective candidate will be working in association with Head Marketing and with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production and Editorial to implement marketing strategy for expansion and growth of school business in West Bengal and Tripura Job Description • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and integrated) • Support brand positioning and messaging across channels • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors • Manage content creation for social media, email, and website • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders • Support product launches and promotional activities Skills, Knowledge & Experience • Preferred MBA/PDGBM (Marketing) from reputed institution • 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing or related role • Positive understanding of digital marketing channels • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analyti
