HR & Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Sector 59, Noida

Duration: 6 months (Onsite)

Stipend: Paid Internship (Performance-based PPO)

About the Role:

- We are looking for a motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in
- day-to-day operations and recruitment activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in
- talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR operations, with the potential for a pre-
- placement offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the HR team in day-to-day tasks and operations.
- Support talent acquisition activities (approx. 70% of work), including:
- Screening candidates via phone calls.
- Coordinating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining candidate records and documentation.
- Support HR operations tasks (approx. 30% of work), including:
- Document management.




- Updating HR tools and systems.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing an MBA or a degree in HR or related fields.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
