Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. Your primary objective will be to promote our electrical products in the field, build strong professional relationships, and generate high-value leads by arranging meetings with key decision-makers (Builders, Contractors, Architects, and Corporate Clients).

Key Responsibilities:

Field Marketing & Networking: Conduct regular field visits to project sites, corporate offices, and industry consultants to expand our market presence.

Lead Generation: Identify and connect with key decision-makers (Purchase Managers, Project Heads, and Procurement Officers) to schedule high-potential meetings.

Product Promotion: Effectively present our product range, explain technical advantages, and highlight our value proposition to potential clients.





Strategic Entry Points: Build a pipeline of qualified meetings for the sales team to facilitate large-scale bulk orders.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activity, market trends, and new upcoming projects, providing regular feedback to management.

Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Must be either an ITI, Diploma or BTech Graduate - required for basic technical knowledge of electrical products.

Communication: Excellent command of Hindi and English. You must be able to speak clearly and confidently.

Attitude: Self-motivated, patient, quick learner and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹19,856.67 - ₹28,000.00 per month
