Looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in a rapid-growing environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruitment, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout
- Employee onboarding, documentation and induction
- Attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records
- Probation, performance-review and disciplinary-process coordination
- Employee engagement, grievance handling and exit formalities
- Maintaining HR policies, trackers and compliance documentation.
Pay: ₹20,859.79 - ₹33,198.55 per month
