Education Requirements: » Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical from reputed college or university

Experience Requirements: » Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 2 years of experience OR
ITI with Minimum 3 years of experience

» Experience in metrology or QE preferably in a reverse engineering environment

» Mastery of CMM measurement software, techniques and equipment

» Understanding of ANSI Y14.5M dimensioning and Tolerancing

Job responsibilities: » Sole responsibility for dimension findings of OEM parts
» Responsible for the inspection of rapid prototypes and first articles, when required
» Inspection of production parts on customer division's behalf (source inspection)
» Responsible for instrument calibration and gage track system
» Co-ordinate with purchase/project engineer to achieve desired quality
» Analyze customer complaints, finding the reasons for product failure and necessary
» corrective / preventive actions
» Vendor assessment, and audit
» Valuable oral and written communication
