We are looking for a management trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This
position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with

During your traineeship, you

’ll support our management team building digital business, conduct market research
with daily tasks such as allocating budget and crafting performance reports. To succeed in this role,

Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day
operations.
Pitching product to potential customers and fixing next
meeting with seniors.
Generating new leads and nurturing existing leads.
Onboarding new partners from NBFC/BFSI/Fintech/Banking
space.
Account management and cold calling
Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers,
Supervisors, and other senior staff.
