We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CorelDRAW Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in the textile, rug, or carpet manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have a robust command of CorelDRAW and be capable of developing production-ready artwork, carpet layouts, colorways, and technical design files while coordinating closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and finalize carpet and textile designs using CorelDRAW.
- Develop production-ready artwork, layouts, and technical design files.
- Prepare colorways, repeats, and design variations as per customer requirements.
- Convert hand sketches, photographs, or concept artwork into digital vector designs.
- Modify existing designs based on buyer comments and internal feedback.
- Prepare files for sampling and bulk production while maintaining design accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sampling, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain an organized digital library of design files, color palettes, and artwork.
- Ensure all designs meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Stay updated with current trends in carpet, rug, textile, and home furnishing design.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of vector graphics, color management, and layout design.
- Understanding of carpet and textile design concepts, repeats, motifs, and color separations.
- Knowledge of production artwork preparation.
- Attention to detail with excellent visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in the carpet, rug, textile, home furnishing, or floor covering industry will be highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with carpet manufacturing processes, weaving, tufting, or printing techniques is desirable.
