- Curriculum Implementation: Lead the development and execution of age-appropriate, play-based curricula aligned with board guidelines (e.g., CBSE, Montessori, or IB).
- Staff Mentorship: Supervise and evaluate pre-primary educators. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide actionable feedback to build teacher capacity.
- Parent Communication: Build robust home-school connections. Lead parent-teacher meetings, resolve concerns, and guide parents on early childhood milestones.
- Operations & Safety: Ensure physical spaces are secure, hygienic, and child-friendly. Manage daily schedules, events, and resource planning.
- Student Assessment: Monitor developmental milestones, track student progress, and assist teachers with differentiated learning strategies for diverse needs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
