- Budgeting: Prepare comprehensive monthly operational budgets aligned with corporate travel demands and company goals.
- Liquidity Forecasting: Design, implement, and maintain weekly and daily cash flow forecasting models.

- Working Capital Optimization: Monitor and manage existing bank working capital facilities, optimizing cash conversion cycles unique to fleet operations.
- Financial Cost Reduction: Actively identify, recommend, and execute strategies to cut overall financial costs, renegotiate interest rates, and reduce banking/transaction fees.
- Profitability Analysis: Analyze route-level and client-level profitability to support cost-control initiatives.
- IPO Pre-Planning: Lead the financial preparation, documentation, and procedural structuring required for a successful IPO within a 3-year horizon.
- Rigorous Compliance:

Ensure absolute adherence to all corporate governance, statutory compliances, taxation laws, and financial reporting standards required of a public-facing entity.
- Audit & Reporting: Transition financial reporting from standard operational accounting to public-market-grade frameworks (e.g., IFRS / Ind-AS / GAAP depending on region), coordinating directly with big-four or top-tier external auditors.
- Stakeholder Relations: Assist executive leadership in preparing financial presentations for board members, financial institutions, and eventual investor relations.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Experience: 6–10 years of core corporate finance experience. Experience in logistics, fleet management, employee transport, or high-volume mobility sectors is highly preferred.
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent premium financial qualification.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modelling (Excel/financial software), deep familiarity with working capital facilities (OD, CC limits), and experience working with contemporary ERP systems.
- IPO/Compliance Exposure: Prior experience or strong theoretical grounding in corporate compliance, audit management, or assisting a company through capital restructuring/fundraising is a massive advantage.
- Soft Skills: A sharp eye for detail, the ability to work under tight cash constraints, and the gravitas to collaborate with banks and senior leadership.
