Performance Marketing Executive Company: VSM Marketing Location: Noida, Sector 63 Salary: 15,000/month Job Overview VSM Marketing is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about running high-performing digital ad campaigns and generating quality leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation. Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPL, and CTR. Conduct audience research and A/B testing. Generate daily and weekly campaign performance reports. Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and landing pages. Track conversions using Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.



Requirements 0–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Basic knowledge of Google Ads. Understanding of lead generation campaigns and campaign optimization. Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills.
