Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by handling customer inquiries, managing IndiaMART leads, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Contact customers to understand their requirements and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the sales team for pricing and product availability.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update customer information, inquiries, and sales activities in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Meet assigned sales targets and support business development activities.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART leads and customer inquiries.
- Strong customer follow-up and telecalling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of industrial products, automation, electrical components, or MRO products will be an added advantage.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary
- Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
- Performance incentives may be provided based on sales achievements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
