Role Definition: As a Sales Support, your key responsibility shall be to achieve goals and maintain smooth sales operations. To manage orders, prepare reports, and maintain customer databases. Also collaborate with other departments, handle inquiries, and support presentations. Responsibility & Deliverables:

- Responsible for managing sales orders, ensuring the timely delivery of products to clients.
- Share quotes and pricelist files periodically..
- Handling client inquiries and complaints, ensuring that they are resolved promptly
- Coordinating with the sales team and other departments to ensure that sales activities are properly coordinated.
- Maintain missed order files and record discrepancies.
- To maintain Accurate databases and keep regular updates.
