Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and accounts teams. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with the accounts team for billing and invoicing. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and managing customer inquiries.

- Accurately process orders and maintain detailed records of sales transactions.

- Coordinate sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

- Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members.

- Work closely with the accounts department on invoicing, billing,



and reconciliation.

- Maintain financial records and support financial reporting activities.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service is preferred.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
