Solar Ace Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Ahmedabad office. If you're a fresher or have up to 2 year of experience and enjoy interacting with customers, coordinating with teams, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Installation, and Service teams.
- Track and resolve customer concerns until closure.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Schedule customer appointments and service requests.
- Collect customer feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, Back Office,



or Client Coordination is an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Language Requirement

- Marathi – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Preferred
