– Sales co-ordinator cum Office Coordinator Job Location- Masuri (Ghaziabad) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Sales co-ordination & Office Coordination for handling client coordination, quotation preparation, sales follow-up, and maintaining sales records. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and customer dealing.
Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations and send to clients.
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and payments.
Coordinate with sales and project teams.
Maintain daily sales data and client records.
Handle emails, calls, and office coordination work.
Prepare reports of sales activities and pending inquiries.
Support management in business development activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
Coordinate with vendors and customers professionally.
Required Skills Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting.
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Ability to maintain records and reports.
Professional behavior and positive attitude.
Experience in construction, PEB, steel structure, or building material industry preferred. Qualification Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in sales cum office co-ordinator.
