Job Summary

GBL Chemical Limited is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for enquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams.
- Maintain customer records and sales data.
- Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS as required.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt support.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type
- Full-time

Preferred
- Experience in ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the chemical industry is preferred.
