Delhi office handles order execution and procurement for ADNOC-approved projects and leading EPC contractors. We're hiring a Sales Coordinator to own customer orders from confirmation through to dispatch.

What you'll do - Process incoming sales orders and support the sales team on customer quotations

- Float RFQs to vendors and compare offers on price, delivery and compliance
- Raise purchase orders, obtain QC approval, and chase supplier acknowledgements and readiness dates
- Coordinate GADs, ITPs and sizing calculations with engineering;

submit to customers viatransmittal and close out comments

- Collect MTCs, test reports and inspection documents;

follow up with vendors on certification gaps





- Arrange third-party inspections, expedite delayed orders, and keep order status visible to sales and management
- Liaise daily with our UAE QC, logistics and accounts teams - What we're looking for - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
- 1–4 years in sales coordination, project coordination or procurement — ideally valves, flanges, fittings, piping or instrumentation
- Able to read specifications and drawings: ASTM/ASME material grades, flange ratings, NDT terminology
- Solid written English and Excel;

organised and persistent on follow-up

- Strong freshers considered at junior level Full-time, on-site, New Delhi. Direct exposure to international EPC projects and our UAE operation.
