Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare Quotations & Commercial Proposals

✔ Create Company Profiles & Presentations

✔ Coordinate with Sales, Procurement & Operations Teams

✔ Manage Customer Inquiries & Follow-ups

✔ Track Orders, Payments & Dispatch Status

✔ Maintain MIS Reports & Sales Database

✔ Support Business Development Activities

✔ Coordinate with Vendors & Internal Departments

Required Skills

Excellent Communication Skills

MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Proficiency

Proposal & Documentation Preparation

Strong Coordination & Follow-up Skills

Multitasking & Organizational Ability
