- Handle multi-channel communication: Manage and respond promptly to customer queries such as Dispatch related concern, Quotation related concern, Complaint related concerns etc, receive feedback, and communicate various issues via phone call, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide accurate, timely, and complete resolutions to customer problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system to track common issues and inform product/service improvements.
- Outreach: Conduct proactive approach on follow-ups on submitted quotations.

Team Collaboration

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Technical Support, Sales, and Marketing) to expedite customer process.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning programs to stay updated on product knowledge,



support processes, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a Customer Support, Customer Service, or Communication-focused role.
- Communication Skills: Well versed written and verbal communication skills, with a native-level proficiency in [e.g., English, Hindi and Gujarati].
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM or ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, and ERP etc.) and familiarity with support tools.
- Computer Skills: Should be efficient in Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Excel, Word and PPT.
- Education: Any Engineering or Master's Degree Holder.

Salary: 25000 to 35000 Per Month Location : Ellisbridge, Ahemdabad

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
