Position Title: Sales Closing Executive

Location Requirements: Candidates residing in Malad or Kandivali nearby .

Work Location / Interview Address: DGS Sheetal Kiara, Prem Nagar, Near Sane Guruji Marg / Ration Card Office No. 04, Teen Dongri, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400104.

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed 8-Hour Shift)

Salary: Up to INR 50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Joining Date: Immediate Joining (Onboarding scheduled for this Monday)

Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Sales Closures: Receive incoming walk-ins and site visits, present project details, and close sales deals on-site.
- Weekend Business Drive: Own the site conversion metrics, ensuring high closing ratios on weekend footfalls.
- Negotiation & Objection Handling: Address buyer concerns, handle pricing discussions, and finalize booking paperwork.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Sourcing team to ensure seamless transition from initial contact to final contract.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Monthly Sales Conversion Rate (Target: Minimum 15-20% conversion on walk-ins).
- Weekend revenue generation targets met as assigned by the Site Head.




- Zero-drop follow-up adherence on warm leads within 24 hours.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

- 09:45 AM: Arrival and site readiness check.
- 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Morning strategy review with Site Head on pending closures and scheduled walk-ins.
- 10:30 AM - 05:00 PM: Site tours, client negotiation tables, face-to-face closing presentations.
- 05:00 PM - 05:30 PM: Review follow-ups and documentation for closed deals.
- 05:30 PM - 06:00 PM: Submission of Daily Closing DGS Sheets to Team Lead and Site Head.

Reporting Structure

- Direct Reporting: Team Lead (TL)
- Secondary Reporting: Site Head / Branch Head
