Job Title: Sales / Business Development Executive – Holiday PackagesIndustry: Travel & TourismJob Summary:

Responsible for promoting and selling domestic and international holiday packages, generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins
- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers

- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Target-oriented with robust follow-up skills

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing or Tourism is an added advantage)
- 2–5 years of experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, or business development

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), or online travel companies
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and holiday package planning will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
