Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM or register.

Assist in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the front desk and fitness team to ensure a great member experience.
