We are looking for motivated and results-driven Freight Brokers to join our growing US Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and carriers while managing freight movements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and relationship building.

- Negotiate freight rates with shippers and carriers to maximize profitability.

- Book and coordinate freight shipments across the US.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers.

- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while resolving any operational issues.

- Meet individual sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of loads, pricing,



and customer interactions.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in

US Freight Brokerage

- Experience in

International Sales

,

Travel Sales

, or an

International Voice Process with a strong interest in transitioning to US Logistics.

- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales aptitude and customer-handling skills

- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
