Key Responsibilities

● Understand patients’ profiles and address their queries to create awareness about Pristyn Care’s offerings.

● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.

● Provide empathetic guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.

● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, doctors, and support staff) to ensurea seamless patient experience.

Requirements

● At least 6 months of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Languages Mandatory: English

● Preferred (any of): Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada

● Strong persuasion skills and customer-focused approach.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Pay: ₹10,661.60 - ₹29,000.00 per month
