About the Role

Mayabini Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing solar energy team across Assam.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into customers for residential, commercial and rooftop solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, local networking and referrals.
- Visit residential, commercial and industrial customers to understand their solar requirements.
- Explain solar systems, benefits, pricing, subsidy schemes and financing options to customers.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for system requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, builders,



contractors and other potential referral partners.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations team for smooth project execution.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales / direct sales preferred.
- Experience in solar, electrical, construction, real estate, telecom or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable travelling locally for customer meetings and site visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
