Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their CAD, CAM, CAE, and PLM requirements, present suitable software and service solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations in coordination with technical teams, preparation of proposals and quotations, and follow-up to close opportunities.



The role involves maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and engineering teams, and providing ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The Sales

Associate will also participate in events, customer visits, and training sessions to stay current with product capabilities and industry developments.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and prospect management.

Candidates should possess skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and account management.

Candidates should possess skills in presentation, product demonstration, and communication (written and verbal).

Candidates should possess basic understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM concepts or a strong willingness to learn technical product features.

Candidates should possess skills in using CRM or sales tracking tools and standard office productivity software.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field are beneficial.

Prior experience in B2B software or engineering services sales is an advantage, especially in the CAD/PLM domain.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team, meet sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is expected.
