Training
- Complete product and process training will be provided by the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Handle sales enquiries received from the Sales Head and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely information regarding products and orders status.
- Coordinate order booking with guidance from the Office Manager during the initial training period.
- Maintain qualified relationships with customers and ensure excellent after-sales support.
