We are looking for result-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven Sales Qualified to expand our industrial presence in key manufacturing and mining hubs of India: Odisha

Key Responsibilities

- Territory Expansion: Identify, map, and target key industrial clients, mining companies, processing plants, and manufacturing facilities in your designated region.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with plant heads, procurement managers, maintenance leads, and project heads across key accounts (e.g., steel plants, power plants, stone processing units, cement facilities, underground/open-cast mining setups).
- On-Field Sales & Visits: Conduct regular site visits, understand client requirements on-ground, present technical/commercial proposals, and close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong funnel of prospects, handle negotiation processes, ensure timely payment collections, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of upcoming industrial projects, expansions, competitor activities, and local tender requirements.

Odisha Region
- Target Industries: Heavy steel plants, aluminium smelters,



power plants, open-cast mining, iron ore & manganese processing facilities, and key industrial clusters (Angul, Jharsuguda, Kalinganagar, Rourkela, Keonjhar).
- Target Profiles: Candidates with direct sales experience supplying industrial consumables, heavy equipment, spares, or engineering solutions in these belts.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in B2B/Industrial Sales, Direct Client Accounts, or Technical Solutions.
- Local Advantage: Strong preference for candidates native to or currently based in the respective target region with an established local network and fluency in local languages (Odia / Hindi).
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and site visits.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into client value propositions.
- Traits: Strong negotiation skills, high energy, competitive mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
