Role Description The Sales Assistant role is a part-time, work from home position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Assistant will support the sales team by engaging with prospective and existing clients, responding to inquiries, and providing transparent information about services in architecture, interiors, and vastu consultancy. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client records, preparing basic sales documents and presentations, coordinating appointments and site visits, and following up on leads to support business growth.



The role also involves collaborating with designers and project managers to ensure client needs are accurately captured and communicated, and assisting in organizing marketing or promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain services and respond to client queries effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up and basic negotiation, to support conversions and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage appointments, documentation, and multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Basic understanding of architecture, interiors, or design services is beneficial, with willingness to learn about vastu principles.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email tools) and comfort working with digital records and CRM systems is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is a bonus.
