About the Role

We are looking for an experienced S&OP; Analyst II to lead demand and supply planning activities by driving the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process. This role will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and enhance supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) cycle.
- Develop statistical demand forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias).
- Identify demand-supply gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Translate forecasts into procurement and inventory plans.
- Conduct scenario planning for promotions, seasonality, and new product launches.
- Present planning insights to executive leadership.




- Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and planning processes.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning or S&OP.;
- Experience owning an end-to-end S&OP; cycle.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, or similar demand planning tools.
- Robust knowledge of statistical forecasting and inventory planning.
- Experience with executive stakeholder presentations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- APICS, CPIM, or IBF certification is a plus.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
