Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Indore. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both sales and marketing equally and is capable of executing ideas independently. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and comfortable managing end-to-end marketing activities while actively supporting business development through client interactions, lead generation, and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities Sales

Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and outbound outreach.

Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and present relevant service or product offerings.

Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales collateral.

Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer data, and activity logs in the CRM.

Support negotiations and assist in closing business opportunities.



Marketing

Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Develop engaging content including

SEO blogs

Articles

Website content

Social media captions

Product copy

Email marketing campaigns

Case studies

Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and brand awareness.

Coordinate product marketing initiatives for Wheatron Technologies' services and products.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Assist in creating go-to-market strategies for services and software products. Content & Creative

Design creative marketing assets using Canva.

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for:

Product demonstrations

Social media reels

Company branding

Customer success stories

Corporate events

Coordinate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Reporting & Operations

Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Maintain CRM data accuracy and marketing databases.

Support marketing automation and campaign execution.

Monitor KPIs and contribute ideas to improve lead generation and conversions.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of campaigns and client deliverables.

Basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar)

AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude

SEO fundamentals and keyword research tools (preferred)

Basic understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
